WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

 

Thank you for your purchase. It can take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. Often items are shipped the next day, however, if, for example, you order a personalized product, and we have to design, cut and sew the product it can, therefore, take a couple of days longer.



Shipping times depend on your shipping method and shipment address.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

 

Please allow a little time for your order to arrive. Unfortunately, we are not as fast as Amazon as we have lots of people fulfilling your order and not machines and bots. We would have sent you a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your order. If you still can't find it, please contact us with your email address and order number, and Kate (our wonderful head of customer service) will look it up for you.

 

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING WITH MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes as your order would have been packaged. The only way to change at that point would be a refund or exchange.

 

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

 

We know sometimes you need to return items. If you do, please contact us and we'll send you details on how to return your item(s).

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

 

If you live in a galaxy far, far away, it will be with you in light speed. If, however, you simply live on Earth, we are in the hands of carriers.



It also depends on what product you ordered and what shipping type you selected, and of course, where you live.



All our products are shipped from the USA.



With that said, typical shipping windows are:



Standard shipping: 5-7 business days*International shipping: 10-14 business days**P.S. This doesn’t include the normal 24-72 hours of warehouse processing time.



A quick heads up: When you check your tracking, your package status may not change for 2 or 3 days at a time via the tracking link we send you. Please do not worry, This is totally normal for your package tracking to stay the same for a few days until your package hits the next stage of your shipping.

 

MY ORDER STATUS SAYS, 'UNFULFILLED', WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

 

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled".

 

HOW DO I APPLY A COUPON CODE?

 

This is super easy. On the checkout page, enter your coupon code in the “Coupon Code” box just under the “Order Summary” section. Click “apply” and the discount will automatically be applied toward your order total.

 

I FORGOT TO ADD A COUPON CODE. WHAT SHALL I DO?

 

Fear not! We have you covered. Just email us and we'll honor your coupon code and refund you. Please though, it has to be within 48 hours of placing your order here

Please include your order number, ship-to name, the email address used to place the order and the coupon code you want to apply.

If indeed, it's been more than 48 hours since you placed the order, we won’t be able to add a coupon code to your purchase. Sorry.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM(S). WHAT SHALL I DO?

 

Oh, dear! We are so sorry! Sometimes, lack of coffee means we made a mistake. But, we'll make it right. Please contact us and we'll send out the correct order to you and take care of any returns costs.

 

USA Warehouse
